New Study Reveals: 30 Minutes of Daily Movement Extends Life and Improves Health
In a significant scientific discovery, a recent study has shown that engaging in moderate physical activity for 30 minutes daily can significantly extend life and improve overall health. Researchers conducted an extensive study involving thousands of participants from various ages and nationalities to understand the impact of daily movement on physical and mental health. The results revealed that individuals who engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity daily, whether walking, cycling, or any other activity, enjoy better health and live longer compared to those who engage in less physical activity. Dr. Ahmed Al-Salam, one of the study participants, stated, “The results are astonishing. Even a little extra movement daily can make a significant difference in the quality of life and longevity.” He added, “We already know that regular exercise is beneficial for health, but this study shows that even people who cannot exercise intensely can benefit from increasing daily movement.” The study recommended that individuals try to find ways to incorporate more movement into their daily routines, such as using stairs instead of elevators, taking short walks during lunch breaks, or doing light exercises at home. The study concluded that committing to 30 minutes of moderate physical activity daily can reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and some types of cancer, and also help improve mental health and reduce the risk of depression and anxiety. This study comes within the context of increasing global efforts to encourage physical activity as a means of disease prevention and improving public health.
